Prior to establishing the company in 1994, Mr. Kiecka spent five years at Tacoma Contracting Corporation, advancing from laborer to estimator and project manager. During this period, he also attended The Institute for Design and Construction, excelling in blueprint reading, estimating, and civil engineering courses. Over the last 3 decades, Mr. Kiecka has personally managed day-to-day field operations, consistently visiting every job site and engaging daily with project managers and field supervisors. Mr. Kiecka’s unwavering personal commitment to each project’s success instills confidence in all staff members, fostering an environment where ambitious schedules and technical complexities are made simple.
