WILLIAM T. KIECKA, CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As president of the company for 16 years, Mr. Kiecka has overseen the day-to-day field operations of the business, frequently visiting every job site and meeting with project managers and field supervisors daily. Paying attention to details and frequently being personally involved in estimating and project management are the hallmarks of his leadership style. Mr. Kiecka’s personal commitment to the project’s success is a confidence builder for all staff members creating the environment for project success despite the demanding schedules and technical complexities of the assignment.

Prior to founding the company in 1994, Mr. Kiecka worked for five years at Tacoma Contracting Corporation initially as a laborer, and then later as an estimator and project manager. Over a two year period, he also attended The Institute for Design and Construction, where he excelled at blueprint reading, estimating and civil engineering courses. Mr. Kiecka has a BA in Business Management from St John’s University, New York.

 
WILLIAM KIECKA SR, CO-FOUNDER AND VICE-PRESIDENT

After over 40 years experience in the New York heavy construction scene as a supervisor and estimator, William Kiecka Sr co-founded Island Foundations Corporation with his son William T. Kiecka in 1994. Today, as company vice-president, Mr. Kiecka provides strategic advice, guidance and periodic project management support.

 
BELINDA TORRES, FINANCE MANAGER

Ms. Torres is a long-standing employee of the company where she is currently responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the firm. She oversees payroll, accounts payables, accounts receivables, human resources and all other administrative functions.

 
MIKAIL DAVIDOV, SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Mr. Davidov trained as a civil engineer, was project manager for the construction of a complex of 37 nine-story buildings and at one time was the general manager of a construction company operating in Russia. Since immigrating to the USA in 2001, Mr. Davidov has received a certificate from the Cooper Union Engineering School. As senior estimator, Mr. Davidov is responsible for assuring accurate material costs and labor requirements for all Island Foundations Corporation bids and engineering changes.
